Product Overview
A spring plunger, also known as a spring-loaded device (SLD), is a small and narrow device that is used for indexing and positioning of various components. Once installed, it applies adequate pressure so the ball remains positioned. The spring plunger uses spring force to apply pressure. It feature three basic components: the plunger, internal compression spring, and threaded body. The threaded body is the housing component that encapsulates the steel spring, while the zinc plated steel plunger ball rests on the very tip/end, allowing for accurate force to be exerted. The threaded body is made up of Black-oxide steel and has screwdriver slotted head. This assembly is easy to install and the use of high quality material ensures long service life.
