GE Ultrasound Education - On Demand – Focused Classroom Session
 
Course Description
This course is designed to provide the participants with the background knowledge about sono- anatomy and Ultrasound Scanning Technique in Peripheral Nerve Blocks.
It will concentrate on the upper and lower limb blocks, acquainting the user with practical techniques in an off-site environment.
 
Duration: 1 full day
Target Attendees: Anesthesiologist / Pain Specialist / Neurologist
Location: At the customer site
Attendees: Each session will ONLY accept / cater to have a maximum of 5 attendees (per session and per site)

Charges inclusive of ONLY training session and training material. Any other arrangements (eg. Meals, patient models -for hands on, etc) are to be covered and managed by the applicants. Ultrasound demo equipment/s for hands on session will NOT be provided; if there is a requirement for us to bring in ultrasound machine from GE for this – additional charges MIGHT BE applicable.

Equipment and basic physics of Ultrasound
Upper limbs approach : interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary
Lower limbs: sciatic, popliteal and femoral nerve
