Product Overview
The Plunger Lock is used in the incubators and warmers of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). It comes in the bed assembly arrangement, to give cushion effect to the bed. It locks the bed in the same position in case of up and down movements, jerks, etc. It is inserted along with a spring at the bottom case of the bed. It is provided at either sides of the case. It can be removed and replaced easily into the slot. It is made up of material which can withstand heavy loads and can be used mainly for industrial applications. This can be used at temperatures that ranges from -65° C to 120° C. This item is created using the injection molding process. It is molded carefully to ensure that there will not be any burrs and sharp edges on its body.
