Product Overview
The Nylatron Channel is designed for X-Ray devices as a solution to cap the rough metal edges. It is an easy way to cap the rough metal edges in any systems. It is designed with various lengths and tapers to assure the proper grid on the edge. Nylatron® GS is molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) filled nylon, which offers improved strength and rigidity. With a lower coefficient of linear thermal expansion than Nylon 101, Nylatron GS maintains better to fit and clearances. The unique composition of the material offers good fatigue resistance, excellent wear resistance, good electrical insulating properties and resistance to high-energy radiation. The GE product is an innovation and technology which fits well into versatile customer needs. It is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The part is diligently designed for high performance and reliability. It is securely packaged inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit and labeled with details about the product, Quality Assurance (QA) seal and shipment details.
