Product Overview
The Eclipse Proteus Collimator is the device used in X-ray to control the indicating radiation and gives sharp line of light for all source image distances and it helps the light beam to be aligned in a specific direction. The collimator LCD displays the operation mode by either manual or automatic format with the width and height of the collimated X-ray field and source image distance. The collimator helps to improve the image quality of X-ray beam for reducing the patient risk factor and controls the radiation dose to the patient. After culminating, collimating will result in a low X-ray scatter incident on the detector. The collimator controls the spatial cross section of the light beam to make a straight path.
