Product Overview
The Plug Leak Test Assembly - ACGO consist of three components, an adapter, a compression spring and an O-ring. The assembly comes with the leak test tool kit which is used as one of the testing components for the positive low pressure leak test in the vaporizer manifold. The test takes place at the Auxiliary Common Gas Outlet (AGCO) switch of the Advanced Breathing System (ABS).The adapter should be the appropriate size to seal the opening and it should not have any imperfections on its surface which affects the testing. The low pressure leak test takes place to check the leakage. The adapter has low thermal conductivity and thermal stability. It acts as a good electrical insulator across wide range of temperatures and has resistance to high voltage applications. The O-ring is a lubricated Krytox and the compression spring should be threaded down to the groove till the end. This kit is being used in MS CIC Pro, ARC Aespire View, MS PDM, ARC ENTROPY Module, MIC Panda™ iRES Warmer, ARC Aespire 7900, MS DASH 4000 and in many other systems.
